When I was asked to write a blog post about the 5 best campsites sites in Cornwall my interest was pricked straight away.

As self confessed surfing and windsurfing nuts, it’s a topic that instantly appeals as much of mine and the wife’s summer involves sojourns down to the south west to score wind and/or waves.

Researching the 5 best Cornish campsites was not only good for the article, it was also a way to get a handle on where we would be potentially staying in 2013.
